Payment Information Treatments can be paid by cash, credit card, membership card or with a gift voucher. All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change at any time. Our prices do not include gratuities. Gift vouchers must be utilised within the original date of expiry. These are non-refundable and non-extendable. Spa Guests may be required to provide a deposit in order to secure their booking. Changes and Cancellations We try to accommodate any appointment changes - subject to availability.
We advise giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. All appointment cancellations must be addressed to our Spa Reception via phone or email. We have a hour cancellation policy for our appointments, with hour notice required for Spa Day package appointments. All appointments cancelled after this time will be fully charged.
